 Frank leads the firm’s Property and General Commercial teams. Frank has extensive experience in the property industry and regularly advises on the legal and commercial aspects of property acquisitions and disposals. He also has particular expertise in leasing, estate planning, wills and probate and property development. Frank advises extensively on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and commercial dispute resolution.
Frank’s strong technical skills combined with his pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to the law enable him to deliver best outcomes. Clients regularly approach Frank for advice on a broad range of commercial issues which go beyond the parameters of legal advice.
Frank’s commercial insight and experience is highly regarded. He sits on various boards as a trusted adviser to his clients. Frank also served a six year term as director of the Federal Government’s Export Finance & Insurance Corporation.
Frank has been practising law for more than 40 years and has been a partner at Sackville Wilks for 35 years.
Frank is also a fanatical Essendon supporter and member of Lawdons and the Dick Reynolds Club.
