Belinda Donaldson
Belinda has a hybrid practice incorporating corporate and commercial advice and commercial litigation. 

Belinda has extensive experience in advising clients in the field of corporate and commercial law, and has advised on complex corporate transactions and restructures.

Belinda’s primary areas of expertise in the corporate and commercial field include corporate structuring, sale of business/shares, joint ventures, intellectual property, trade practices, employment, information technology, franchising and leasing.

Belinda has significant commercial litigation experience in the state and federal commercial jurisdictions including acting on behalf of banks, financial institutions, corporations and individuals in making claims against others or defending claims involving contractual disputes, corporations law, recovery of moneys owed, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Belinda has instructed in a number of high profile matters in the County Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court and the Court of Appeal in Victoria.

As part of the firm’s commitment to alternative dispute resolution, Belinda also has experience in conducting round-table conferences, mediations and pre-hearing conferences.

Belinda joined Sackville Wilks in 2009 as a Senior Associate.
