Jarrod practises in corporate and commercial law and commercial litigation.
Jarrod’s commercial experience includes sale of business/assets, trade mark applications, property transactions, trade practices and consumer law.
Jarrod’s primary area of expertise in the litigation field is the recovery of moneys owed in the Magistrates Court. Jarrod has also instructed in a number of high profile commercial disputes in the Supreme Court and is experienced in preparing matters for trail and settling matters using alternative dispute methods.
Jarrod is passionate about providing excellent client service. He is focused on providing cost effective, pragmatic legal advice tailored to his client’s individual needs.
In addition, Jarrod has a degree in Applied Science with major studies in Environmental Management and a Graduate Diploma in Education. Jarrod is a keen golfer and is a member of the Essendon Football Club and Lawdons.
Prior to completing his law degree, Jarrod worked for 7 years in the Banking & Finance industry at ME Bank. Jarrod joined Sackville Wilks as a lawyer in March 2010.
